How do I know if I’m pregnant?

pregnant, health, woman

If you think you might be experiencing pregnancy symptoms there are a few things that you can do right away to help verify if you are actually pregnant.

If you think you might be pregnant it can be stressful waiting to find out for sure.  Sometimes early pregnancy symptoms can also mimic PMS (premenstrual syndrome). This can make it even harder to go off of what you are feeling.

The best way to find out if you are pregnant is to have a pregnancy verification test done by your doctor, or at a licensed medical pregnancy help clinic like ours (our verified pregnancy testing is totally FREE!)

Positives of Official Pregnancy Verification:

Verified pregnancy tests can be used to:

  • sign up for resources such as WIC and medical insurance through Job and Family Services (as long as the verification of pregnancy comes from a licensed medical service provider like the PCC!)
  • reduce stress by finding out for sure.
  • receive an ultrasound.
  • make a plan of “next steps” based off of the results.
  • begin acquiring additional help and support.

Sometimes the worry of not knowing is the most stressful part.  We can help with same-day pregnancy test results, options counseling, and resources so that you can find out for sure if you are actually pregnant and take your next steps from there.
